I hate to say it, but sometimes I really dislike chicken. The smell of it bothers me. When I cook it, I usually have to leave the kitchen. I don’t know why this happens to be honest. I don’t have any issue with cooking red meats or fish. So, I apologise in advance that this coming week’s meal plan is red meat heavy.
If you’re not a fan of red meat, or if it’s easier for you to to buy and cook with chicken, please feel free to do so. This meal plan is only a guide to give you an idea of what to make. You could easily substitute ground chicken/ Turkey for the meatloaf and chicken for beef in the stir fry.
