Banting Meal Plan Week 5: The Easy Low Carb Diet


It’s Friday, so that means it’s time to plan out my meals for the coming week. J and I do most of our grocery shopping bright and early on Saturday mornings before things get too hectic. Then we come home and take a nap.

Ideally, we’d like to sleep until 10am, but with two cats and a dog, it’s not possible. However, truth be told, I’ve come to the enjoy being up early. I love getting to the store and butchers when they open and the employees are still in a good mood. I also relish the delicious feeling of coming home and crawling back in bed for a nap.
