Banting Meal Plan Week 4: The Easy Low Carb Diet


I’ve tried to keep the recipes cheap and fairly inexpensive for this coming week. For the meals on Sunday and Monday, both the chicken and the pork could be roasted on Sunday. Also the prep for the cauliflower rice can be done on Sunday when you’re roasting the chicken and the pork.

Personally, I like preparing and setting up my week this way, because it means that the ‘hard work of cooking’ is done in one or two days. I also like getting a pork roast, because they’re relatively inexpensive (at least where I am) and they provide enough meat for a few meals. If you don’t like pork, or it’s expensive where you are, you could always see about roasting a couple chickens instead– they’re often cheaper than buying a bag of chicken breasts or thighs.
