I made this meal plan with my sister and her budget in mind. She doesn’t enjoy eating much in the way of red meat, which is why there are two egg based dishes and quick fish dishes. As always, you can and should adjust the meal plan to fit your needs. Also, I’m not a doctor or dietician– this has just been what is working for me.
